FAD Industries was founded in 2014 by Carlos Hernandez, originally known as FixADrip Plumbing, and focused on providing dependable residential plumbing services. As our expertise and ambitions expanded, we set our sights on new construction plumbing in 2016 a pivotal shift that has defined our journey and established us as trusted partners in the commercial construction industry.

In the early days, it was Carlos and his brother Daniel Hernandez working side-by-side in the field, handling every project personally. Daniel, now our Director of Construction, has been integral to FAD Industries’ success. His hands-on approach, managing day-to-day field operations and directly overseeing project progress, ensures that each job is completed to the highest standards. Meanwhile, Frank Jimenez joined in 2015 as our Director of Business Development, running operations from the office and establishing valuable connections within the industry. Together, this three-man team worked tirelessly, laying the foundation for the growth we see today.

As the demand for our services grew, so did our team. We now have a dedicated office staff who manage operations, logistics, and client relations, allowing us to work more efficiently and respond to our clients’ needs quickly. In addition, we have assembled several experienced crews who share our commitment to quality and professionalism on every job site. This expanded team has enabled us to take on larger, more complex projects while maintaining the personal touch and reliability that have always set us apart.
