Interior remodel and exterior repaint of an existing 46,705 sq. ft. greybox space, converting it into a grocery store. The project included extensive interior and exterior improvements to accommodate sales areas, stockrooms, offices, commercial kitchens, and mechanical spaces. Special attention was given to the refrigeration aisles, which required significant utility work to support the new equipment and fixtures throughout the store—all completed in compliance with current codes.
