FAD Industries provided complete plumbing services for the new construction of a two-building commercial project consisting of an 8,948 SF office building and a 7,512 SF warehouse with a 1,104 SF mezzanine.

Our scope included the installation of comprehensive plumbing systems: sanitary sewer, vent, domestic potable water, non-potable water, natural gas, storm drain, condensate, and compressed air lines. A key feature of this project was the integration of a rainwater harvesting system, supplying the non-potable water system with a sustainable source.

This ground-up build showcased our ability to deliver efficient, code-compliant, and environmentally conscious plumbing systems for modern commercial facilities.
