FAD Industries provided plumbing services for the renovation of 7,756 SF within an active school campus. The scope involved modifying an existing gym to create a dedicated cheerleader locker room, including demolition, make-safe work, and installation of new plumbing systems.

Key plumbing elements included new drinking fountains and makeup sinks to support the new locker room layout. Due to the project taking place during school operation, special attention was given to coordination, scheduling, and safety logistics to minimize disruption to students and staff while maintaining project efficiency.

This project highlights our experience with occupied facility renovations and our ability to adapt to challenging work environments.
