FAD Industries was contracted to provide complete plumbing services for the construction of a new 21,197 SF automotive dealership facility. The new building includes a customer lounge, vehicle showroom, offices, parts storage, service areas, and a full-service shop.

Our scope included the installation of new sanitary sewer, vent, domestic water, natural gas, condensate, storm drain, and an oil waste system complete with an oil separator to meet environmental compliance standards for automotive service operations. We also performed the plumbing make-safe work for the demolition of the original building.

This project required close coordination with the client, as the dealership remained operational throughout construction. Our team ensured a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
