FAD Industries completed plumbing work for the 3,216 SF remodel of a former mechanic garage, transforming the space into a fully operational pizza restaurant.

The scope included installation of new sanitary sewer, grease waste, vent, domestic water, and natural gas systems to support the commercial kitchen and dining area. A key component of the project was the installation of a 4,000-gallon grease interceptor, ensuring compliance with local health and environmental codes.
