FAD Industries provided complete plumbing services for the 1,800 SF build-out of a new restaurant within an existing shell building. The plumbing scope included sanitary sewer, grease waste, vent, domestic water, filtered water, and natural gas systems to support full restaurant operations.

During construction, we identified a critical elevation issue that would have impacted the functionality of the sanitary and grease waste systems. Our team engineered a lift station solution, presented it to the MEP engineer with supporting calculations, and received approval for implementation.

This project showcases our ability to problem-solve in the field and collaborate effectively with design professionals to ensure long-term system performance.
