FAD Industries performed the full plumbing build-out for a 240,000 SF warehouse facility, which includes a 5,216 SF main office, 602 SF shipping office, and 234,182 SF of warehouse space. The facility was converted from an empty shell to a fully operational plastic tote manufacturing plant.

Plumbing systems installed included sanitary sewer, vent, domestic water, soft water, natural gas, compressed air, and storm drainage. Given the high water demand of the manufacturing process, we installed a dual-pump booster system to ensure consistent water pressure and supply. For drainage, over 1,500 linear feet of trench drains were strategically installed throughout the warehouse to handle process wastewater efficiently and maintain a safe, dry working environment.

This project demonstrates our capacity to handle large-scale industrial plumbing systems with complex water and drainage requirements.
